These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and 777xp9 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing all access to and use of the 777xp9 website at https://777xp9.cam and any associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, bonus programs and customer support (collectively, the "Services").

If duplicate Accounts are detected, all such Accounts may be immediately suspended, all associated balances forfeited and the User permanently banned from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst using your credentials will be attributed to you, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have previously notified 777xp9 of a suspected breach of security.

You must notify 777xp9 immediately via live chat or the support email address if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, accessed without authorisation or otherwise misused.

Your use of the 777xp9 Platform is subject to the following general conditions:

• You will use the Services solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional or third-party benefit.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, crawl, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from 777xp9.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt or circumvent the Platform's systems, security mechanisms or fairness controls.

To fund your Account, you must use a payment method that is lawfully available to you and registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted unless explicitly approved by 777xp9.

Payment method references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT — may be referenced on the Platform as contextual examples. The availability of any specific payment method in the live cashier may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• A wager is deemed final and irrevocable once confirmed by the Platform. 777xp9 does not accept requests to void, cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in cases of clear technical error or where specifically permitted under individual game rules.
• 777xp9 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where there is evidence of match-fixing, or where the wager was placed in clear error (e.g., due to a manifest pricing error).
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game session, the round in progress will be settled according to the game's certified rules. Where settlement cannot be determined, the wager may be refunded at the Operator's discretion.

All content on the 777xp9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software and the compilation thereof, is the property of 777xp9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content.

The 777xp9 name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party system outages or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

777xp9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Access from a Restricted Territory.
• Underage gambling.
• A request from a competent law enforcement or regulatory authority.

On closure of an Account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will ordinarily be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and AML checks. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited on closure.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe; during processing, access to the Platform may be restricted.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. 777xp9 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to review these Terms following amendment.
